The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Sunday filed another case against apprehended journalist Mohsin Jamil Baig, charging him of keeping armory without license.
As per media report, the case has been registered at the Margalla police station of the Federal Capital.
Content of the First Information Report (FIR) of the case states that during FIA’s initial raid at Baig’s house, the media personality had used a 30-bore pistol to resist the raiding team.
Later the pistol was recovered upon his house’s inspection, the FIR states.
FIR says that Baig could not provide law and order agencies with legal documentation of the pistol.
On the other hand, the Islamabad police also arrested Mohsin Jameel Baig in freshly launched case and presented him before the Duty Magistrate Shoaib Akhtar.
