Five members of Kashar Khan Afghani house burglar gang held

Islamabad capital Police robbery and dacoity unit (RDU) has arrested five members of a Kashar Khan Afghani house burglar gang involved in burglary incidents and recovered 45 thousand cash and three motorcycles worth 2 lac from their possession, a Police Public Relation Officer said.
He said that, following the special directions of Inspector General of Police Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, Islamabad capital police had categorically started a crackdown against criminal elements in order to save the precious lives and property of citizens.
Following the directions a Police team under the supervision of DSP property apprehended five members of Kashar Khan Afghani house burglar gang involved in burglary incidents in jurisdiction of Ramna police station and recovered 45 thousand cash and three motorcycles worth 2 lac from their possession.
The accused were identified as Abdullah (Kashar Khan), Mir Baz Khan, Israr, Fazal ur Rehman and Naqash Ahmad. Case has been registered against the nabbed accused in and further investigation is underway.
Senior police officers appreciated the performance of the police team and added that it is the prime responsibility of police to provide relief to the citizens and every possible effort would be made to ensure it.
