PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety Authority on Wednesday conducted raids in various areas of Mardan and recovered 50000 liters fake beverages and 4000 kilogram China salt. According to Deputy Director Food Authority Mardan, Kamran Khan 50000 liters of fake beverages were recovered during thirteen raids conducted in several of the city. As many as 172 sacks of China salt and 1200 kilogram packing material to be used for packing snacks and ice cream was also recovered in raids. He warned action against those found guilty of ignoring orders of the authority and said that raids would be continued to ensure provision of health food to consumers. APP
