KHYBER: Officials of Frontier Constabulary (FC)Tirah Rifle 103 wing gave away winter packages among the residents of Rajgal,Kamar Khel,Sipah areas of Tirah Valley,district Khyber last day. Following heavy snowfall in the area, the forces officials visited various villages and distributed hot clothes, coats, wrappings (chadar) socks and commodities of winter package among the dwellers including children. Malik Fazullah Jan Afridi, head of Koki Khel tribe thanked Lieutenant Colonel Temoor Khurshid for the welfare activity and said it would provide relief to the downtrodden elements of the tribal society. It is to be mentioned here that the occupants of the Valley gripped severely cold subsequent heavy snowfall and they especially recently repatriated tribesmen faced shortage of daily usage goods to tackle harshness of the weather.
