Exemption has been granted to illegal residents applying for visas abroad from Pakistan.
According to announcement of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) government, some illegal foreigners have been exempted from arrest.
People who have applied for visas in embassies of other countries should not be arrested.
It has been said in statement that illegal residents do not want to go to their homeland due to some reasons while some illegal residents have applied to the embassies for visas to other countries.
KPK government said that exemption has been granted as the applications are still under process.
Lists have been shared with police department and all commissioners on the orders of Interior Ministry.
