KARACHI: Finally the “missing key” of the prison was found and the jail administration arranged a meeting of Dr Fowzia Siddiqui with her jailed sister Dr Aafia Siddiqui in FMC Carswell prison in the US. However, this time a thick glass wall was also present between the two sisters and they could not hug each other. Recording her comments after the meeting, an emotional Fowzia Siddiqui said that once again they broke promises. They had promised a social meeting but again they arranged a meeting with a glass wall between them. She said despite her requests she was not allowed to touch and hug her sister and feel her pain. She said she was still grateful that she met her sister. She said this time Aafia was even in worse condition. We both simply cried for about half an hour.
