ISLAMABAD
District and Sessions Court Islamabad has heard the fraud case registered against Fawad Chaudhry in Aab Para police station.
The case was heard by the duty magistrate Rao Ijaz Ahmed, Fawad Chaudhry’s court appearance was made through video link from Central Jail Adiala, after which the court adjourned the hearing of the case till December 16.
Fawad Chaudhry’s lawyers Faisal Chaudhry and Qamar Inayat Raja appeared in the court, while Fawad Chaudhry’s wife Haba Chaudhry was interviewed in the courtroom through video link.
The court proceedings of Fawad Chaudhry’s request for medical examination were also considered and the Central Jail Adiala authorities and the prosecution could not submit the report regarding Fawad Chaudhry’s medical examination. A request was made on which the court granted the inquiry officer’s request and asked for a reply by December 4.
