District and Sessions Courts Islamabad has issued written decision regarding issuance of bailable arrest warrants of Shahbaz Gill, PTI leader.
The decision was issued by Additional Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra. It has been said in the decision that should appear before the court on January 06 in connection with his indictment. The exemption from attendance plea was filed by Shahbaz Gill.
According to lawyer of the accused, Shahbaz Gull is asthma patient and he cannot travel.
