Federal government has decided to register cases against PTI chairman Imran Khan and other leaders under grave charges
According to government sources the draft of case against imran Khan for leveling charges against the military leadership and inciting people to treason has been worked out.
In this regard an application from federal government will be given to FIA and respective police station under PECA act-2016 and other criminal clauses for registration of these cases.
Sources said Imran Khan press conference in Shaukat Khanam hospital is being made part of this application wherein he addressed armed forces and heads of other national institutions in threatening way and leveled allegations of grave nature. He incited people for treason against the institutions. These cases will be registered under sections 120-B,124-A AND 134/109, 506505.
I t has been told in the application worked out by the government that Imran Khan worked on completion of extremist agenda of causing harm to national integrity.
