Mohmand attack
PESHAWAR: Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi on Sunday condemned the hand grenade attack on Dub Chowk Police Post in Ambar tehsil of Mohmand district, expressing grief over the injuries sustained by five police personnel. The Governor prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured policemen and lauded their bravery and courage in confronting the attack. He said the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police had rendered unmatched sacrifices in the war against terrorism and its personnel were performing their duties for the protection of lives and properties of the people without caring for their own lives. Governor Kundi said such cowardly attacks could not weaken the morale of police and security forces, adding that their resolve to eliminate terrorism would remain firm. APP
