Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Shah Farman strongly condemned suicide attack on Friday prayers in Qisa-Khwani Bazaar mosque in the provincial capital, says all steps would be taken to ensure peaceful environment in the province.
In a statement issued from the Governor House Peshawar here on Friday, Governor KP expressed his heartfelt sorrow and grief over the loss of innocent lives in the incident.
Expressing sympathy with the families of the martyrs of the blast, the governor said that they share in the grief of the affected families.
He said that the suicide attack in Jamia Masjid was an inhumane act and a vicious conspiracy to destroy the peace of the province.
The governor said that the enemies of humanity and peace would be dealt with severely. The governor also prayed for the elevation of the ranks of the martyrs and speedy recovery of the injured in the incident.
