After the audio leak regarding the long march of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and former federal minister Ali Amin Gandapur, the government decided to file a writ petition in the Supreme Court.
According to sources, PTI’s long march and conspiracy will be made part of the petition.
The sources revealed that the evidence regarding the long march will also be presented in the Apex Court.
The petition is expected to be filed in the Supreme Court on Monday. The decision to file the petition has been taken after the leaked audio of Ali Amin Gandapur.
Sources have further informed that the alleged conspiracy related to PTI’s long march will be made a part of the petition and the evidence received by the government regarding creating riots in the long march will also be a part of this petition.
Federal Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah in his press conference, unearthed the audio leak between Ali Amin Gandapur and an unknown person regarding creating riots in the Long March, in which the former federal minister was taking information from the unknown person about the guns, their licenses and the rioters.
It should be clear that a few days ago, Faisal Wada, the leader of Tehreek-e-Insaf, in a press conference called Imran Khan’s long march as a bloody march and predicted the killing of many people.
