ISLAMABAD: Government prepared another electricity bomb for people as application submitted to hike 1.50Pker per unit price in National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) on Thursday. Increase in price of electricity will be for the adjustment from January to March. Government will take 44.45 billion from electricity consumers. NEPRA will hear government plea on May 24. Consumer will pay 4 billion on the name of maintenance. National Transmission and Dispatch Company (NTDC) requested 1.70 billion on the name of transmission.
