Important decisions have been made in meeting of federal and provincial leadership held under Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif on unequivocal stance of government against terrorism.
The meeting held in PM House was attended by civil and military leadership and representatives of all provinces.
It was decided in the meeting to expose to expose the attackers of the Jaffar Express incident and to give befitting reply to anti Pakistan campaign on traditional and digital media.
It was agreed to strengthen the national narrative under the National Action Plan (NAP).
Committee on national narrative was directed to work out effective and active narrative to counter terrorists and miscreants.
The participants stressed enhancing inter-provincial cooperation and using films, dramas, and digital content to spread the national narrative among the youth.
Such national subjects will be adopted in film and dramas to communicate national narrative to youths which serve purpose of countering narrative of miscreants effectively.
It was decided to highlight the negative social impacts of terrorism , curb false news on digital media, the damaging social impacts of terrorism and introduce awareness in the national curriculum.
