ISLAMABAD
Federal government has decided to give 90 day remission to all prisoners including the life in prisonment prisoners. Federal cabinet got approval of interior ministry summary by circulation.
Prime Minister sent summary to President ArifAlvi.
Decision will be implemented after the approval of President on the advice of Prime Minister.
Decision will not be implemented on killers, spy, and involvement in activities against state, sabotage, sectarianism, robbers, rape, and terrorism prisoners.
Financial crime and making lose to national treasury will also not take any advantage to this decision.
According to source people older than 65 and 60 year age, mothers and lesser than 18 year old prisoner will get 90 days remission.
