Group of electricity transformer thieves busted

Daudzai Police on Thursday busted a group involved in theft of electricity transformers and arrested two of its members.
The group was allegedly involved in stealing electricity transformers and street crimes in different locations within the Police Station Daudzai.
According to SHO of the above-mentioned police station Zafar Khan, the arrested accused have been identified as
Maaz and Imran residents of Faqir Kaly and Jatti Payan.
The arrest was made under the supervision of DSP Rural Nawab Ali, SHO Zafar Khan.
Police claimed the group was involved in electricity transformer theft, street crime and other serious crimes in the suburbs and adjoining areas of the city.
Police have recovered stolen motorcycles, cash, valuable mobile phones, rickshaw, transformer.
During the initial investigation, the arrested suspects admitted to involvement in several incidents of robbery, transformer theft and other serious crimes.
More important and sensational revelations are expected from the arrested person, said SHO Zafar Khan.
