The workshop was titled “Strength, Hypertrophy and Endurance” was organized under the auspices of Gymholics and with the support of Pakistan Sports, Education and Culture Council.
The one-day workshop was supervised by Danish Mian Noor while fitness expert Salman Sheikh was the expert speaker who gave lectures to the course participants and talked about his experiences. A large number of 35 male and female trainers participated in the course.
Finally, the chief guest of the closing ceremony, Pakistan Sports, Education and Culture Council President Syed Asrarul Hasan Abdi appreciated the arrangements of the ceremony and also distributed certificates among the participants.
