PESHAWAR: Health Department, district Mardan has informed the parents that the health care team will administer the polio vaccine to the children under the age of five. The campaign will commence from Sunday March 3. In this campaign, children will also be given vitamin A capsules, of which blue capsules will be for children between six months to one year, while red capsules will be for children from one year to five years. The health department has urged parents to cooperate with the ‘Sehat Muhafiz’ team and give their children vitamin A capsules along with polio vaccine to protect them from polio and other diseases.
