ISLAMABAD
Hearing of recovery of liquor and illegal arms case against former Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur has been adjourned without proceedings in district and Sessions courts Islamabad.
The hearing of the case could not be held being Additional Sessions Judge Mubashar Hassan Chishti on leave. October 21 has been given new date to the respondents.
This case is registered in police station Bhara Kahu.
It was alleged that bottles of liquor and arms were allegedly recovered from the vehicle under use by Ali Amin Gandapur.
Several petitions of Ali Amin Gandapur are pending hearing in the court. These petitions include bail pleas and pleas for dismissing the case.
The next hearing of the case will take place on October 21.
