Toshakhana-2 case
ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) heard appeal pleas of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi in Toshakhana-2 case with office objections and directed to file petitions seeking removal of office objections on not filing the appeal pleas timely. Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro took up for hearing miscellaneous petition filed by PTI founder and Bushra Bibi in Toshakhana-2 case. Barrister Suleman Safdar appeared in the court on behalf of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi. Counsel Suleman Safdar while giving arguments said “ I regret I had to come to you again. Certain objections were raised by office. I filed appeal timely. The decision of conviction was announced on December 20. Appeals were filed on December 29. The attested copies were attached with the appeal pleas with regard to decision while filing appeal pleas. Barrister Suleman Safdar said office had told nothing to us with reference to objections. When we fled plea in connection with suspension of conviction then we were told on February 14 that there is objection on our appeal pleas. Online
