Recent hike in the prices of petroleum products has been challenged in Lahore High Court (LHC).
Federal government and others have been made respondents in the petition.
The petition said price of petrol has been enhanced by Rs 8 per liter and price of diesel by Rs 5.16 per liter. The increase in prices of petroleum products is unconstitutional and anti people.
The petition said court should declare null and void the notification regarding recent hike in prices of petroleum products.
