ISLAMABAD: International Cricket Council (ICC) has declared Pakistani cricket legend Imran Khan best among the great cricketers. According to the ICC Twitter handle, a poll was conducted in which a question was asked to the participants: “Who would you rate as the best among these giants?” In this contest, Indian cricketer Virat Kohli, South African cricketer AB de Villiers, Australian woman cricketer Meghann Moira Lanning and Pakistan’s former test captain Imran Khan were included. Imran Khan secured 47 percent of votes while 46 percent of votes were received by Indian skipper Virat Kohli. AB de Villiers and Meghann Moira Lanning secured 6 percent and one percent of votes respectively. Imran Khan is one of greatest cricketers of all time who led the Pakistani cricket team to victory in the World Cup 1992. Interestingly, the poll turned into a war zone between Indians and Pakistanis where the fans tried hard to ensure that the player from their country wins the competition.
