Federal Minister Mian Javed Latif has said if the makers of constitution start subverting the constitution then what difference will be left.
“ chaos spreads in the society wherein the supremacy of law and constitution comes to end. Deputy speaker rejected the no confidence resolution under the pretext of article 5 . Article 6 should be imposed on the subverter of constitution no matter he is not in uniform, he said this while speaking in the Meet the Press program in the National Press Club Islamabad Tuesday.
Federal Minister Mian Javed Latif has said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is trying to stoke anarchy in the country.
He held responsibility rests with all the segments of the society to uphold law and the constitution in order to take forward the country.
He said the former Speaker violated the constitution by dismissing the no confidence motion moved against the then Prime Minister.
The Federal Minister also condemned the recent disrespectful incident that took place at Masjid-e-Nabawi.
Pakistan nuclear assets are in safe hands, he said adding Imran Khan is saying that the nucleare assets are not in safe hands after his ouster from the government. Such talks are an attempt to support the anti state forces, he remarked.
The 1973 constitution was formed with consenus, he remarked. Amendment in the constitution should be made with consenus and not on the basis of majority.
Imran Khan is now asking for constitution of judicial commission, he underlined. Had he accepted the commission which was constituted in 2015. If commission has to be constituted then it should be formed on the incidents of 2014. Commission should be constituted for 2017 that how Aqama came out from Panama.
The inflation which has shot up during the last four years can not be contained within a month, he remarked. The financial institutions and world powers from whom we borrow money have their own priorties.
It is better Farah Bibi returns to Pakistan otherwise she will be brought to Pakistan, he underlined.
