Harassment of Baloch students case
ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has accepted the plea to give more time to Deputy Attorney General (DAG) in harassment of Baloch students case. The case came up for hearing before a single bench of IHC led by the Chief Justice (CJ) Athar Minallah here Tuesday. Chairman Senate who is head of commission related to Baloch students sought time. DAG appeared in the court on behalf of the federation. DAG told the court commission was constituted under chairman Senate. Chairman Senate will go to Saudi Arabia for performance of Hajj. Time be given in connection with meeting of commission related to Baloch students. Online
Chairman Senate will inform about the meeting of commission on his return from Hajj.
The court while accepting the plea adjourned the hearing of the case till last week of July.
