ISLAMABAD : Islamabad High Court (IHC) has decided to open Islamabad District Court after more than five months.
These institutes were closed since corona lockdown and all cases will be heard as usual from September 1st.
IHC Crisis Management Committee has decided to open District Court along with corona SOPs, the notification to open District Court has been issued by the Islamabad District and Session Court.
According to which District Court will be opened along with corona SOPs from September 1st and court employees must ensure their attendance from September 1st.
High Court Committee had decided to close Islamabad District Courts on March 18 due to Corona virus.
