ISLAMABAD, Feb 24 (Online): Islamabad Bar Council (IBC) has filed petition in Supreme Court (SC) against Islamabad High Court (IHC) decision on the matter of demolition of lawyers chambers in F-8 Kutchery.
They have taken the plea in the petition that IHC overlooked the facts and evidence. IHC transgressed its powers. IHC decision is negation of SC decisions.
It has been requested in the petition that IHC decision which was announced on February 16 may please be declared null and void.
CDA, District and sessions judge and SHO Margalla have been made respondents in the petition.
