ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has declared the notification regarding appointment of chief commissioner Pakistan Boy Scouts (PBS) illegal. As per media reports IHC has reinstated Sarfraz Qamar Daha on the post of chief commissioner Pakistan Boy Scouts besides declaring the appointment of Dr Riaz as chief commissioner illegal. This decision was issued by justice Khadim Hussain Soomro in writing. Sarfraz Qamar Daha had resorted to court against his dismissal through counsel Qasim Iqbal Jalali. Online
