ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has fixed for hearing contempt of court case against IG Islamabad Akbar Nasir Khan for arresting Shireen Mazari despite court’s order. Islamabad High Court (IHC) has fixed the case for hearing on September 28. Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb will hear the case. IG Islamabad has filed unconditional apology in the case. Either IG Islamabad apology will be accepted or the proceedings will go ahead will be decided by court on next hearing of the case.
