Meeting of Fawad Ch with wife, daughters
ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notice to Superintendent Adiala jail on the petition filed by daughters and wife for their meeting with Fawad Chaudhry. The court has ordered jail superintendent should file reply till February 20. Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz took up for hearing petition filed by Hiba Fawad wife of Fawad Chauhry Wednesday. The counsel took the plea that meeting of daughters with their father comes in the ambit of human rights. Jail manual too allows for it. Order be issued for arranging meeting. The court issued notice to respondents. Talking to media men after filing the petition Hiba Fawad said we have filed another petition as well. The daughters be allowed to meet with their father two to three times in a week. Our meeting lasts 20 minutes. Therefore, its duration be extended and surveillance be not conducted as well. Online
