Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered to release PTI leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi.
The petition against detention of PTI vice chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Justice Miangul Hasan Aurangzeb Thursday.
The court declared the detention of Shah Mehmood Qureshi under 3-MPO null and void besides ordering to release PTI vice chairman.
Justice Gulhasan Aurangzeb issued the release order of Shah Mehmood Qureshi.
Justice Gulhasan Aurangzeb inquired is there any case registered against PTI vice chairman.
The court remarked Shah Mehmood Qureshi will be released after affidavit is filed by him.
