Alleged video leak -2021

Islamabad High Court (IHC) has rejected petition seeking constitution of commission in the matter of alleged video leak 2021 pertaining to Panama case decision by former Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Saqib Nisar.
As per media reports IHC dismissed the petition being not persuaded. When case was called in IHC, no one appeared from the side of petitioner. Justice Muhammad Asif rejected the petition being not persuaded. The alleged video leak of former CJP Saqib Nisar had come to open in 2021. In the alleged video leak the former CJP was giving directives in regard to Panama case decision. Salah ud Din former president Sindh High Court (SHC) Bar had filed petition seeking constitution of commission on alleged audio leak. Former Chief Justice IHC Athar Minallah had reserved judgment on the maintainability of the petition after arguments.
