IHC removes objections on petition against arrest of Bushra Bibi in new Toshakhana reference

ISLAMABAD
Islamabad High Court (IHC) has removed objections on the petition filed against arrest Bushra Bibi in new Toshakhana reference besides ordering to club it with other petitions.
A written order has been issued on the petition filed against the arrest of Bushra Bibi in new Toshakhana reference.
The written order was issued by Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb and Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir. It has been said in the order that the objections on the petition filed against the arrest of Bushra Bibi in new Toshakhana reference are removed. According to counsel for the petitioner this petition is attached inevitably with two other petitions.
Two petitions against call up notice in this reference are already pending hearing. Through this petition the persistent arrest by NAB has been challenged.

The order said the similar facts and legal points are under consideration in this petition and other petitions. The court while agreeing to opinion of the counsel thinks that this petition be heard along with other petitions.

According to order the registrar office should send file of this application to chief justice for simultaneous hearing of the petitions.
According to counsel of the petitioner the matter needs to be immediately resolved , Chief Justice can fix the petitions for prompt hearing.
