IHC removes registrar office objections on Imran Khan petition

Islamabad High Court (IHC) has removed registrar office objections oN Imran Khan petition with reference to appearance in the court through video link besides ordering for marking number on the petition.

Imran Khan petition in connection with appearance in the court through video link along with registrar office objections came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Chief Justice (CJ) Amir Farooq Thursday.

Suleman Akram Raja and Abuzar Suleman Khan counsel for Imran Khan appeared in the court.

Imran Khan had filed petition through Faisal Chaudhry advocate.

The court remarked the registrar office has raised objections and first of all court will see them.

The court inquired is the security of former Prime Minister available with you.

The counsel for Imran Khan said security of former Prime minister has been withdrawn from Imran Khan.
The CJ remarked there is generally a wave of terrorism.

Suleman Akram Raja told the court murderous attack on Imran Khan has been made in Wazirabad. Imran Khan is a popular leader and his public exposure is too much.
