Islamabad High Court (IHC) has reserved judgment on the petition filed by PTI leader Shandana Gulzar against acceptance of her resignation as member of assembly.
The case came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Justice Miangill Ahsan Aurangzeb Tuesday.
Election Commission representatives appeared and told the court case of Shakoor Shad of the same nature is running in the court of Chief Justice.
They further told that in the last hearing important remarks of chief justice have come that tendering resignation first and then deviating from it will set a wrong trend in future.
Shandana Gulzar appeared in the court alongwith her counsel.
The court reserved the judgment after hearing the arguments.
