Nikah during Iddat case
ISLAMABAD
Islamabad High Court (IHC) has reserved judgment on PTI founder and Bushra Bibi petition against Nikah during iddat case. The petitions seeking dismissal of Nikah during iddat case came up for hearing in IHC Wednesday. Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Aamer Farooq took up the case for hearing. Suleman Raja and Usman Riaz Gill gave arguments on behalf of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi . Suleman Akram Raja while giving references to different court\s decisions said Shariah Appellate Tribunal of Supreme Court (SC) decision is there. that if nikah takes place after 39 days it cannot be declared annulled.
