ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has reserved judgment on the petitions of Pakistan Federal Union of Journalist (PFUJ) and Islamabad High Court Journalists Association (IHCJA) seeking nullification of PEMRA notification regarding imposition of ban on court’s reporting. It will be announced next week. The Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Aamir Farooq remarked era has changed. Time has changed. Things have changed. We have to adopt ourselves to these things. If I talk about IHC then there is nothing like this that wrong reporting has been made. What I said yesterday it has been reported correctly. If any incorrect reporting has been done any where then there is procedure in place for that. He gave these remarks during the hearing of the case Wednesday. Online
