ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has reserved judgment on petitions against alleged solitary confinement of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi following completion of arguments by respondents. Federal government, NAB and Advocate General while declaring the petitions non maintainable during the hearing of case requested the court to reject them. Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro remarked court will decide first about maintainability of the petitions. If the petitions are declared maintainable then notice will be issued to the respondents. Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro said to Suleman Safdar counsel for the petitioner during hearing of the case if this bench hears the case then the case can be fixed in the first week of August. The court reserved judgment on the maintainability of the petitions after hearing the arguments. Online
