IHC seeks report from police on alleged occupation of land by Aleem Khan

ISLAMABAD, August 11 (online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has summoned report from the police within a week in the case pertaining to alleged occupation of 32 Kanal land of lady Irum Ehtisham by PTI leader Aleem Khan.
The counsel for the petitioner told the court during the hearing that housing society is being built on my land. No action was taken by the police, DSP Imran and SHO Chak Shahzad also appeared before the court and told that file of the land report is not becoming available.

Justice Amir Farooq while reprimanding police authorities remarked that how can file be misplaced?, should we summon the IG in court, 2000000 rupees fines have been imposed . The order of transfer have also been issued. Is this necessary that a person gives money to police then they will register FIR.

Police officials responded that they will bring report.
Justice Amir Farooq remarked then should I say to them they should give something, Should court do this job too. They know it all why FIR is not being registered. Bring the report in next week at any cost.
The court adjourned the hearing till 19 August.
