ISLAMABAD
Islamabad High Court (IHC) has wrapped up contempt of court plea following the removal of name of Fawad Chaudhry from ECL.
Fawad Chaudhry while expressing thanks to the court said “you know we have to go where. We have to do opposition here. Contempt of court case came up for hearing in IHC for not removing name of Fawad Chaudhry from ECL. Justice Inam Amin Minhas heard the case. During the hearing of the case, Deputy Attorney General (DAG) Faisal Irfan informed court’s orders have been implemented and Fawad Chaudhry name has been removed from ECL.
The court wrapped up contempt of court petition.
Fawad Chaudhry came on rostrum and thanked the court.
Fawad Chaudhry while talking to media men later said establishment is major political reality of Pakistan. They should take part in the talks. The distance between PTI and establishment is far wide at present. The basic reason behind is lack of contacts.
We suffered loss by ending contacts. Some persons in party say that those who have contact should be expelled. Brother who have contact will speak rationale.
Those who use contact for personal gains should be condemned. If Muhammad Zubair has contacts then it is good thing.
He held PTI founder will come out of jail through political strategy and not through courts.
