Lahore: The provincial Minister HR&MA Ijaz Alam Augustine in a statement in connection with 16th December (APS day) paid tribute to martyred of APS incident on the occasion of 6th death anniversary of APS, said that it has been six years since the unforgettable Army Public School tragedy took place on December 16, 2014 when more than 140 people were gunned down by militants that included as many as 122 school children. He said that incident of APS cannot be forgotten, today desperately need to stand as a nation to ensure the safety of our children. He said that a clear message to the enemies of peace can be delivered through unity and peace among all the stakeholders. The provincial Minister said that under the leadership of PM Imran Khan all available resources being utilized to ensure human rights especially the protection of children throughout the country.
