PESHAWAR
All the candidates, led by Senator Ilyas Ahmed Bilour Group for the Associate Class in the elections for the executive committee defeated opponents with a huge margin in the Women’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WCCI) Peshawar in 2024-26.
According to the details, polling for the Women’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry Peshawar Division was held in the chamber for the election year 2024-26.
According to the Election commission, Rabia Basri, Zara Imtiaz, Liziza Arbab, Zareen Akhtar, Lubna Ashraf, Benazir Shaikh and Zubia Aamir have won with a huge majority in the associate group as per final results, while for the corporate class, while the candidates for corporate group of the Senator Ilyas Bilour Group including Humam Hassan, Nasreen Bilour, Najia Shiraz, Hina Saqib, Shamama Arbab, Rabil Riaz and Barikhna Liaquat have already been elected unopposed, because no other candidate has submitted nomination papers against these candidates.
Expressing their reaction on the victory in the WCCI’ elections with a huge majority, Ghazanfar Bilour, the leader of the Businessmen’s Forum, Sarhad Chamber, Women Chamber and other leaders said that Senator Ilyas Ahmed Bilour, the leader of the Businessmen’s Forum is the only platform of the business community, which had always raised an effective voice for solving the problems of businesswomen problems and today’s victory is evidence that the Businessman Forum has always served the business community including women entrepreneurs selflessly and without discrimination and has played an important role in providing relief to them at all levels.
Earlier, there was a celebration in the Women’s Chamber after the election results were announced.
