ISLAMABAD: PTI chairman Imran Khan has challenged the order of cancellation of his membership of National Assembly (NA) in Islamabad High Court (IHC). The IHC removed objection over the application filed by Imran Khan against his disqualification. Imran Khan has presented verified copy of Election Commission (EC) decision regarding his disqualification in IHC. He also verified bio metric through attorney. Imran Khan while challenging the order of his disqualification as Member of National Assembly (MNA) said IHC should nullify the election commission order of his disqualification as MNA from NA-95. Election commission deseated him from NA-5 and denotified him from NA-95. The EC disqualified him from NA-95 on October 21 and later correction was made on October 24. ONLINE
