Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan on Wednesday congratulated Gen Asim Munir on assuming command as COAS and Gen Sahir Shamshad Mirza on becoming CJCSC. He tweeted “there is trust deficit between nation and state since the last 8 months. It is hoped the new military leadership will end this trust deficit between the nation and state. Only power are the real strength of the state. He also shared a message by the founder of Pakistan, Quaid-i-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah, to the armed forces in August 1947.
