Tosha Khana case
ISLAMABAD: PTI chairman Imran Khan has requested Islamabd High Court (IHC) to allow him to withdraw his petition against his disqualification in Tosha Khana case. The case camp up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Chief Jutice (CJ) Amir Farooq here Thursday. Barrister Ali Zafar appeared on behalf of Imran Khan. The counsel for Imran Khan prayed the court this matter is pending here with Lahore High Court (LHC). Therefore his client be allowed to withdraw his petition . Justice Amir Farooq remarked Your central petition is fixed for hearing on January 25. The other respondents had expressed reservation in the case. Therefore, the court will hear Imran plea seeking permission to withdraw the petition on January 25 too. Online
