Senator Babar Awan has said sons of PTI founder have applied for visa to come to Pakistan.
“If brutalities against Imran Khan continue then his sons will come to Pakistan at every cost. His sons have applied for Pakistani visa, he said this while talking to media men in Islamabad High Court (IHC).
“fear from sons is this they will return to Pakistan if they are allowed to talk . I strengthen your fear if brutalities continue then they will return to Pakistan at every cost.
Both the sons of PTI founder are not in politics. Law says this meeting of Imran Khan be arranged with his sons once in a week at least. But talks have not been arranged since months.
Ministers have stated that PTI founder will not be allowed to meet any one till February 8 despite the fact they have no such powers. As per law this falls in two crimes. First there is no such powers and second this is against the constitution.
The powers to run and regulate jail rest with two persons only. One that court which sends prisoner and whose custody is there. Second jail incharge. No one other than these two is responsible . Earlier it was heard some one is lifted and then is imprisoned. Then conditions are told. This attitude of form 47 government is highly condemnable. A global movement has been formed in the name of “Release for Imran Khan” It is not written any where that any one cannot talk.
