Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and former information minister Fawad Chaudhry said Friday former PM Imran Khan was leading a movement to restore Pakistan’s “real independence”.
“[Freedom] Movement under the leadership of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was carried out in Holy month of Ramadan. After that, now former PM Imran Khan is leading the movement to ensure Pakistan’s real independence,” Fawad wrote in his twitter statement on Friday.
Former PM Imran Khan is currently leading a heavenly mass contact movement by carrying out rallies in all parts of country. He initiated the campaign with a huge public gathering in Peshawar on Wednesday.
