Interim bail of Imran Khan has been extended till January 31 in prohibited funding case. Rakhshanda Shaheen, Judge Banking court while accepting exemption plea of Imran Khan for one day during the hearing of prohibited funding case extended the interim bail of PTI chairman till January 31. Special Prosecutor Rizwan Abbasi while requesting the court to reject bail plea of Imran Khan said former Prime Minister (PM) is running political affairs after November incident but he does not appear in the court.

The exemption plea for one day in respect of Imran Khan be rejected.

Rizwan Abbasi prayed that Imran Khan neither appeared in the court nor did he join investigation. Imran Khan did not comply with even a single court order except submitting surety bonds. His bail plea be rejected.

The counsel for Imran Khan took the plea chairman PTI wants to join investigation. There are multiple reasons for not appearing of Imran Khan in the court. Former PM has been injured in the attack. He has always talked of rule of law. Imran Khan will appear in the court as soon as doctors allow him.

He prayed the court bail plea of Imran Khan be accepted besides giving two weeks time on medical grounds for appearing in the court.

Special prosecutor Rizwan Abbasi said it is not possible for investigation officer to go to Lahore and conduct investigation. Tomorrow some other accused will say come to Quetta and conduct investigation. If we talk of injuries then it is incident of November. Imran Khan is seen on media but he does not appear in the court. The decision to grant interim bail to Imran Khan be withdrawn.
