After President Asif Ali Zardari, newly sworn-in Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has also decided to forgo his salary in view of the “challenging times” faced by the country.
In a post on X, the ex-caretaker Punjab chief minister said he was “honoured to serve the nation as federal minister of interior and narcotics”.
“Decided to forgo my salary during this tenure. In these challenging times, committed to supporting and serving our nation in every possible way,” the Pakistan Cricket Board chief added.
