ISLAMABAD: The petitions filed by Ali Amin Gandapur and others came up for hearing in Islamabad High Court (IHC) Friday. The court issued the notice to interior secretary and chairman NAB after hearing the arguments besides issuing directives for providing details of the cases registered against the petitioners. The case came up for hearing in single bench of IHC led by Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani Friday. Raja Zahoor ul Hassan counsel for the petitioners appeared in the court and told the court the miscellaneous petition has been filed in this court. Record of FIRs and unknown cases registered against the petitioners across the country has been called. Hearing of the case was adjourned till January 31, 2024. Online
