ISLAMABAD: Islamabad capital police is striving to minimize the road accidents ratio by educating road users and ensuring strict implementation of traffic rules on roads. It was mentioned by education wing Sub Inspector Muhammad Shafique Bajwa addressing in the concluding ceremony of one day road safety education workshop organized by Islamabad capital police education wing with the Cooperation of Road Safety Council of Pakistan at Al farabi Islamic School and Colleges, a police public relations officer said. He said that approximately 250 students and staff members participated in the workshop. The School administration appreciated the efforts of Islamabad capital police in maintaining traffic discipline in the federal capital. The special message of Chief Traffic Officer Islamabad Dr. Syed Mustafa Tanweer was also quoted on the occasion that valuable lives of citizens can be saved by obeying traffic rules. DNA
